"Been living here for a year, gonna have to deal with it at least another year until I can buy a house. Cats scratched up my car, some of the people who have dogs here mistreat them, people get evicted fairly regularly, pool is only open during the summer months (this is Mississippi! We're in the south! It should only ever be closed when it's below 65 outside!), and things generally don't get really well handled as a whole. The only thing this place has going for it overall is that they let you have big dogs. Other places won't let you have anything bigger than a Chihuahua, but this place is run by people who like dogs. If they just fix the problems (roaches during winter, really terrible carpeting, old appliances) then it could be a great place"

"My husband was in the military and we got stationed here their name was august moon then the water was coming out rusty brown sink and bathroom. we couldn't get our bed upstairs the landlords were scamming the tenants out of money it was a horrible stay. I packed my stuff and left in 1 week. horrible."

"Yes, it is a drug dealer haven. They don't carry signs, but they're always standing out there. How would Joyce know? I had the misfortune of living there almost a year. In the winter months, there were mildew and mold growing on the walls and windows everywhere. Their response was to come with bleach in spray bottles; then I had to deal with poison bleach odor, and my curtains and bedspread getting bleached out and ruined. The dishwasher backed up with a horrible smell, even though I wasn't using it, and their advice was to run a cycle to keep it clean. How ridiculous is all that? The place is overrun with stray cats, who get fed by maintenance. As soon as I was moving out, they came in with carpenters to look at the walls so they could start fixing the mold/mildew problem; why couldn't they do this while I was still paying rent? My advice to anyone who gets stuck there with mold/mildew issues, is call the Health Dept. and withhold your rent until they fix the issue. Don't let Joyce's plastic smile fool you, they are slumlords there!!"

"You do not want to live here. Their is mold on the walls and ceiling. At night i hear the rats in the walls and yes managment will not do anything about it..... except collect the rent."
