"One of the worst places to live the manager doesn't take care of the tenants or the apartments I've been living there 1 year and still have doors missing bad water leaks under sinks with pans catching the water black mold growing and she is quick to ask for the rent money yes indeed definitley looking for a new place to live and don't recommend these apartments to anyone unless you don't mind paying rent and live in a place with water leaks and mold and doors missing and no-one fixing anything so with that being said if I could give this place a grade it would be FFF and 0 stars"

"The property manager is very rude. I went to look at these apartments to rent and she refused to let me take any pictures of the inside. She yelled at me when I asked in front of my young daughter. She said she and her son watches everything that everyone does and you have to live her way or else. I would not rent from there. She also smoked in her office while she asked me very odd questions about my personal life, telling me I had to answer them before even viewing the apartment. I contacted the owners of the property, located on the Southshore, and they seemed like they didn't care at all. I am updating this post on July 2020, to say I ended up meeting several people who lived there, they all said they were harassed about rent, repairs were never completed after being reported. Please beware of renting from this complex. The price is cheap, but it is because of a reason."
