"HORRIBLE, PAPER THIN WALLS NO, INSULATION WITH A INFESTATION OF RATS ...DON'T MOVE THEIR....ADVICE......"

"The name has changed to Bella Del Mar and it is the most disgusting place to live. First my apartment I had to clean myself and they claimed paint was on back order so they could not paint. Black mold, air conditioner leaked and did not drain, my husband and I had to empty the drain pan several times a day until finally they came to fix it. The maintenance man is only part time and has another say job so he is only there every now and then. The dishwasher had stagnant water in it when I went to use it and it took two weeks to get someone in there to fix it and drain it. It would not drain. The ceiling leaked when it rained no one cared. There is a pest problem with mice and no one cared when I let them know. The Here comes hurricane Ida and the roof leaked and ruined my bed my clothes and the carpet. The ceiling caved in down stairs and there is black mold on the walls already. The property manager cj expected me to still live ther even though I had no ceiling and the walls had to be resheet rocked. He was not going to do anything about the carpet. Finally he agreed to let me out of my lease after arguing back and forth. I have every email. I also have pictures."

"Apartments are well maintained. Deposit monies take an extremely long time to be refunded. And unrealistic excuses for not returning full refund"

"This place is toxic!!! black mold they have absolutely ignored, my grand daughter was a preemie, which the manager was completely aware of, my son and daughter inlaw were forced to move, but should have known that because they moved from a 1 bedroom to a 2brm.and manage said she would pull out damage carpet after move in never did anything, I was in management for a 94 unit apartment complex someone needs to check out the manager of this complex because she definitely doesn't do her job."

"Still waiting for my security deposit; it has been over a month now. I waited the full 30 days before calling and was told by property manager that owner would be sending "something". Waited another week to receive deposit before calling manager and she seemed surprised that I had not gotten deposit. Manager said she would get with owner again and never called back to tell me anything. Since then, my unit I was living in has been rented so I know they have received the deposit and still nothing. This is the new owner not caring; BEWARE!! Notr, Another tenant is in same situation, waiting over 30 days and getting the same run around."
