"The worst place to work. No raises for hard work and dedication. Unappreciated ownership. Move in specials are not guaranteed. I work in this industry for some years I work alone with no help. I will strongly advise people don’t move there."
"Don’t be fooled by any specials. You will regret moving here. Even after renovations the apartment is still extremely cheaply made and will fall apart. Floor is uneven. Sewage issues. Delayed maintenance. Bugs. No amenities. Photos on the website are fake photos. Rooms are extremely small. No assigned parking so people who don’t live in the apartments can take up spot. Unit is nice until you have to live in it."
"Beware of this apartment complex. We moved out approximately 7/20. The apartment was left cleaner than it was upon move in . We gave appropriate notice, we were paid up on rent . During that time it was almost impossible to find anyone in the office or for anyone to answer the phone- this was the height of the pandemic so this could very well have been the reason. We did make contact with management, gave written notice- , our lease was up- we did everything required of us . We never received our deposit and months later started getting calls from a collection agency called Hunter Warfield stating we had been turned over to collections for rent due. They have called multiple times over the last year or so .When they are told you want to speak with a supervisor they do put a supervisor on the phone however he will hang up on you saying “he has an emergency “ when you don’t let him monopolize the conversation. Just a word of caution for potential renters . We never received anything from the apartment complex saying we owed money nor giving a reason as to why our deposit was not returned."
"There has been A LOT of improvements with this place, which is noticeable the moment you open an apartment door. The insides are very spacious with nice hardwood floors, and new appliances. The maintenance and management staff are very respectful, polite, and good about making our needs important to them. I'm very pleased and comfortable calling this home."
"Beautiful apartments on the inside with a private fenced yard on first floor. Inside of the apartments are updated, fresh, and really nice! It is a very quiet community. Never judge a book by its cover. They are updating the outside of the apartments but the insides are already gorgeous! Definitely a great place to live."
