"My initial visit wasn’t warm or welcoming. It wasn’t the culture I was used too experiencing. Christine just looked at me, like I didn’t belong and then she put the phone to her ear. So I decided just to stand in front of her door until she acknowledges me. It was then she asked could she help me. I do understand that we are busy and have to juggle a lot, but I am just big on customer service. You are providing a service for someone that choose to spend their hard earned money with you. Customers can easily go somewhere else! I hope others experience was/is better than what I initially experienced on this day."
