"I visited the store today to buy some shoes and a t-shirt. For some reason, there was zero engagement from the staff. To make it even more obvious, I was the only customer in the store with two staff members doing everything else but ask if I want to try something on or, at the very least, if I have even been store before. The unfortunate thing is that they have some cool items. But in the day and age of buying directly off the internet, customer service can push me toward or away from a purchase."

In a day and age where it more and more seems like the consumer is the nuisance, I felt like a real customer here . Not only that, the young lady noticed a minor imperfection on the shoes that i pribably wouldn't of ever seen, and she gave me a discount on top of my already low price. "City gear as a company and brand is dope but the staff and customer service on walzem is awful! Every time I go in this store the vibe is just negative. No greeting no eye contact. It's almost as if you are bothering them or your treated as a window shopper. I get that not everyone comes to buy but the few times I have been in there was to buy even treated the way I still bought kicks/clothes. You cant be in retail and not have people skills. Everyone that walks in your door is a potential customer and no matter what they chose to walk in your place of buisness. Have some class and respect for your customers. Say hello ..be professional, smile..build a report to build a better customer base."
