"My A.C. went out last summer, and they did nothing to fix it, despite multiple calls and pleas. As the weather warms again, I’m having the same issue. I was lied to multiple times that the correct part to repair the AC was ordered, and it never was until after nearly 5 weeks of being lied to. They put a AC unit in my apartment, and it never worked. Whenever I tried to call them today, nobody answered. I tried to go over to the office, but nobody was there despite it being within operating hours. All I’m left with is an apartment that’s 80 degrees, and an electric bill that’s ridiculously high because of the energy-sucking AC unit that didn’t work. Likewise, my summer energy bills were over $200 because of desperate attempts to remain cool. During my 3rd month of living here, a rain storm caused heavy water damage to one of my bathrooms. It didn’t get fixed until 14 months later, despite me paying my rent in FULL each month. This apartment complex is a money drain with no help. If it weren’t for the inconvenience that moving entails, I’d be out of here in a heartbeat. Ridiculous."

"Amanda and Tamekia is the sweetest. Anytime you walk in the office , you’re greeted with a smile . They are always professional and helpful . I love it here . This complex is safe and has updated amenities.. The maintenance team always fixed my work orders in a timely manner . 5 stars ❤️"

"I moved in April 2023 it has been great until my refrigerator broke it took 12 days for me to get another one . They never offered any kind of reimbursement for the food I had to throw out. August I get a water leak in my bathroom, it is now September I still have a leak and my bathroom cabinet is falling in. No one seems to care if they did I would not be writing this. You will not keep residents like this. If this is not taken care of I will be moving. Mold is going to start forming in this bathroom, I don’t think that is good for my health. Other than that it is very quite and peaceful."

"I've lived here for about a year and love it! I always feel very safe in the community and it's a fantastic location. I've enjoyed the pool and the pool party the management staff hosted earlier this summer. Amanda and Tameka are always very friendly and helpful. On the rare occasion there has been an issue, they have always been very polite and were quick to help resolve it. Maintenance also responds quickly and follows access instructions."

"Everything was going well until we asked to sign for the lease( which is a blessing in disguise). We’ve been waiting almost 2 weeks to sign our lease, we’ve called and sent emails about signing the lease but we were unable to reach anybody or they gave us the run around about sending it. If this is what their business is like during application phase, I definitely don’t want to be a resident here. The application fee was 400$ and it’s non refundable so there’s that, feels like we’ve been scammed. Luckily we were able to find a place that’s a lot nicer than this place."
