"Super clean room and lobby. Loves the shower/bathroom. Awesome water pressure and very clean. One night stay but could easily stay longer if I needed to. ONLY complaint was that I tried twice to book with my points but that info did not come through on the website."

"I love Home2 Suites in general and this one especially. My husband wanted his picture made with Miss Pat because she fixed him such a great breakfast this morning. What a sweet, sweet lady! I love the spaciousness of the rooms, and all kinds of restaurants and shopping within a half a mile. It’s a safe area, and this is now our go-to hotel when we’re visiting family here"

"Great place to stay for me and my wife as that put us close to our family and friends we visited. However, bathroom door squeaked badly and black-out window shade would not lowered all the way. I also gave 4 stars for service as I didn’t know one had to request room cleaning service, a sticker on bath mirror said cleaning done ever other day. That didn’t happen. When I asked the desk person about towels and tissue she said she would take care of it, that didn’t happen either, we had to go get our own after we returned to room later that night. All else was very nice. Room 203."

"We stayed a week. The room was spacious and clean. Their staff was friendly. It was quiet, and we were able to sleep well. Our pets were also welcomed. They have a great area for walking dogs in the back. The location is close to food shopping, parks."

"The hotel was really nice and everything is within walking distance including a variety of shopping, restaurants, coffee shops, and 2 beautiful parks! Yet, the highlight of my stay was the awesome, friendly, professional, welcoming staff! Let’s be honest, we all have many hotel options, however I will always choose Home2Suites by Hilton in Flowood, MS because of the staff. Upon arrival I we were greeted with the warmest welcome and smile from Ashley. If you come off of a bad flight, kids annoyed due to needing a nap/snack time, you’re having a bad day, no matter any reason, after the greeting from Ashley, you’ll feel like you are ready for the rest of the day! She’s a blessing the true definition of hospitality and customer service!!! The rest of the staff are certainly not to be ignored. Mrs. Pat, Kristen, and T, are all very warm, welcoming, friendly, and attentive! My stay was for a bit over 2 weeks and the experiences with those ladies were always great, and I was not the only one that felt that way. They are continuously awesome with everyone. Us strangers sitting at breakfast, or having coffee would find ourselves connecting just by discussing our joyousness of those ladies! I assure you that if you’re ever in need of lodging in that area for any reason, you will not regret Home2Suites due to the 4 magnificent ladies: Ashley, Mrs. Pat, Kristen, and T. Of course the parks, shopping, dining, extremely safe area (you seriously can walk everywhere even jog with the locals it’s so friendly and safe!!!) and other things are a plus!"
