"This place is amazing. Management has been really great, they take care of any issues promptly. Everybody who lives here is very friendly. The apartments are really nice and updated. And its quiet! The only thing I hear in the mornings are the birds chirping (seriously!). I have absolutely nothing bad to say about Shadow Lake Apartments. Safe, secure, friendly, well-kept. Not sure what else anybody would want in an apartment.."

"Shadow Lake is home to me. There are many reasons I've been here a long time and many reasons to stay. Convenient location. Every thing you need close by. (We even have an Amazon Hub on site now).Privacy (VERY important). Nice pool. On-site security. And I don't have to cut the grass. Then there's the people. An office that lets you know what's going on (thanks Judy). Maintenance that is responsive (you the man Keith). The best Neighbors you could have. And a resident manager who really cares about not just the property but the people who live here. (Thank you Nicki). Oh and one more thing. The lake is beautiful and peaceful. Like I said... it's home."

Nicki, our manager is WONDERFUL and she truly and genuinely cares about ALL of her tenants. When I have something in need of repair in my apt, Keith fixes it immediately. "Been here going on 2 years. The property as a whole is maintained well, and very frequently. Any time there has been an issue, it has been resolved promptly. The staff have always been helpful and kind. New gym, pool/deck cleaned and serviced, Amazon Delivery Hub recently installed, key fob easy access entrance gate. Great place."
