"I will give a zero first the manager is for wrong take up for a tenant because a staff is family with. Manager has and attitude if you come with her about what tenant doing so she go discuss the business to the tenant what’s against the law. Second maintenance leave door open put bm on your wall when fixing restroom. Mold has been in here since moved in and want come clean it up. I email, did a maintenance request very unprofessional I have receipts of everything.i call for manager to come check the things out they do tenant and other staff told her listen but she didn’t other tenant call and she go along with her but no music was on the outside I got receipts of that speaking with manager and she taking up for the tenant. She told me my son can do his music as long as it’s not on the outside now she said she went in tenant house and heard it well I hear all the noise they beaten walls stumping floors but she takes up. I look up rules music can be played I call this discrimination on what’s going on it’s a lot more I have receipts again."
"I am beyond disgusted and overly tired of complaining about the pet owners in this complex ! Right here on the sidewalk! Not to mention the front of the property is covered in dog poop! Kids couldn’t play if they wanted to now they can’t even walk on the sidewalk. I have several more photos ! I really hate I signed my lease for another year. The apartments are falling apart. My sink has been caving in for months, still missing globes from when I first moved in for light fixtures, mold everywhere, dry rotted blinds that need replacing. The dumpster area is gross, you have to walk in trash and trash juice just to throw your items away. A lock that maintenance refused to replace instead sprayed it wd40 so I’m locked out every other cold night I can go on and on with the many problems."
"I am good through a separation with my now husband & this is his house. You 3 bedroom & 2 bedroom i2 bathroom would be a great"
"Avoid if you can. During the initial application process I was assured my unit would come with certain features. Some were true: new appliances and flooring. One did not happen: freshly painted walls. I wasn’t allowed to view the unit until move-in day. The unit had a strong cigarette smell and glue on the flooring (from when the flooring (which is essentially wallpaper on the ground) was placed). Unfortunately the other issues weren’t noticed until after signing the lease. I assumed the smell must’ve been from maintenance workers smoking while completing updates right before I moved in. No matter what I did though I could not get the smell to go away. I notified management and was assured they would handle it. And until handled we agreed upon a modest monthly discount on my rent (for which I had to remind them every single month). Several sporadic walkthroughs and attempts to correct were useless (changing a vent fan and then the lining of one vent). It took 8 months for them to have someone come paint the most problematic/strongest smelling room, and it was only that room they painted. It helped but didn’t completely resolve the issue. Other issues I noticed or encountered after moving in were door weather strips not sealing off completely, fecal stains on the wall around one toilet, and wasps nests in my windows. New countertops I was promised before moving in were replaced within a couple months, but it wasn’t as you might expect. The existing countertops weren’t actually replaced but rather sanded down and then spray-painted. It took days for that smell to dissipate and the counters always had an odd feel to them afterwards. The pool they have was opened all of maybe 1 week. Management stated repairs were needed due to someone tearing the liner. The pool never reopened in 2022. I paid $10 for a key to the fitness center and it took me constantly following-up to ever get it. Don’t underestimate how closely you’ll live next to the train tracks - it will slightly rattle your apartment when passing by. Not to mention the train horn at 4 in the morning taking some getting used to. I had others issues but this novel gets the point across. The few positives I can attest to: cheap rent (you get a lot of apartment for the price compared to others in the tri-county area); friendly maintenance crew; mostly quietly neighborhood aside from the train; plenty of parking if you live in the back; quick access to the highway with plenty of food options and grocery stores. My terrible experience may not prove to be true for everyone else, but I regret moving here and don’t recommend it."
"I moved here in December of 2022. I love it here. My apartment is very nice. I love the compact kitchen especially. And the location is excellent…just five minutes from churches, shopping, gas stations, donut shops, motels and restaurants. The office staff and maintenance crew are professional and very caring of their residents. Maintenance problems are handled in a timely matter. I’m very pleased."
