I love living here, I feel safe and at home!"

"I moved in 3 weeks ago. I had something delivered to my apartment hoping it would get there the day of move in or shortly after; however, things were surprisingly delivered early. This company doesn’t allow move-in before 3 pm so by the time I received my keys, my package was missing. It was delivered that morning at 10 am. Never recovered. I’m also still waiting to receive a mail key to the mail box and a gate card. This is the slowest complex I’ve ever worked with. Unable to reach office via office phone due to some construction. Otherwise, apartments are clean and quiet. I try not to be a bother to complex offices but I’m looking for important mail, so it’s been super frustrating."

"This complex sucks. It was the cheapest but you get what you pay for! The apartment was DISGUSTING upon move in! Water pressure sucks! Microwave stopped working and it took literally over a week to be repaired, I had to call 8 times!. Toilets are broken, still haven’t been out to fix those. Sockets lose, no maintenance to fix that either. They call constantly and answer each time you call BEFORE you move in but after you sign the lease, good luck getting assistance with anything."

"Worst apartment complex ever! If you live downstairs and you have inconsiderate upstairs neighbors, all you hear is stomping, doors slamming, furniture moving, floors squeaking day in and day out! Paying $1600 monthly and family can’t sleep at night because of stuff hitting the floor in the middle of the night sounding like someone is breaking into the apartment. Call and make complaints and all is said when they get here is they don’t hear anything. Of course not because when know law enforcement have been called they get quiet as a mice! And of course they’re doing it intentionally! Too much money paid out to not be able to rest after a long day of work!!"

"This area is pretty peaceful. The amenities are nice and the apartments are a pretty decent size, but every other month there’s an issue that takes forever to resolve. Our “new” stove randomly decided to stop working, AC has stopped working more than enough times to count, and this is the third or fourth time our water has been off due to a busted or frozen pipe (each time being weeks to fix). And it seems like every time there’s a drop of rain the power goes out. I know some things are out of managements’ control, but to go through all of this and have the rent keep increasing makes it ridiculous."
