"We were blown away by the way the Ebony and staff went all out for our girls basketball team. The hotel was extremely clean. Rooms were wonderful. Beds comfy. But THE STAFF, they were AMAZING!!! Being away from home and on the road for a week is hard, but they made us feel like family. I cannot thank you enough for all y’all did. God bless!!"

"Stayed with our girls bball team for a week. The staff was amazing! Hotel was always clean. Ebony and staff were the absolute best! They made us feel at home and even celebrated our wins with us. We were so honored we even drove back to after winning state to show them the trophy and take pictures. Thank you for being so great!"

"Breakfast was very good. A good variety of food and loved the muffins. Sad that no coffee was available downstairs all day. Maids did not empty all trashcans and did not refill our soap."

"With careful consideration, I’ve decided to leave another comment and this one’s here to stay… One is more concerned about a review put online more than the way she treat individuals such as her employees/former employees… One shouldn’t be that arrogant to the point they can’t see their wrongdoings. Everyone deserves to be treated with dignity and respect no matter the circumstances because everyone is fighting a battle… To make a long story short let’s not be so quick to judge, belittle, call others out on, and/or throw something up in one’s face because everyone is not out to hurt you, everything isn’t always about u, everything is not always worth addressing, and it’s a proper and non proper way to address any issue. Last but not least, it all start with yourself and how you treat your employees, so let’s not treat them any less than a human being that deserves respect. We have to do better with how we treat each other because what goes around comes right back around all the time."

"This was by far the worst room I’ve ever stayed or should I say attempted to stay in after the GM and front desk clerk kicked myself and my family out of the hotel. I do not ever recommend staying at this 2 star hotel. We was treated so rudely because we chose to use our points to book this hotel. They treated us as though we didn’t deserve to be at this bottom of the barrel hotel because we used points. The clerk told the GM that we were having a pool party! That was not the case at all we have 4 kids and yes they were swimming! There was no music! There was no loud music! We were both present with the kids no one was left unattended. The clerk used a key walked into the room on me while I was changing my clothes,stating we had to leave now or she would call the police. She did this numerous of times until her GM called and asked us to leave. The clerk made such a huge scene over nothing at all. I highly! Highly do not recommend ANYONE WITH SMALL KIDS OR KIDS AT ALL TO EVER STAY HERE! It’s not safe!! If she was that comfortable to walk into my room unannounced God knows whatever is May happen!! We were so rudely treated here!!! From what I noticed the 45 mins of being in the room it wasn’t clean! The air didn’t work! Bad location! And very unsafe! At any moment they will walk in on you!! Do not stay here!!!!"
