"They have some great pools and great prices on above ground pools. Most of the staff that I met was great and the manager a little pushy or short at times but I would have still bought a pool. Ended up though money wise just getting one from Sam's and going that route."

"Stephen sold us a great pool. He is knowledgable and honest. The install took longer than what they said, the weather was rainy. Why the 3? See the bottom of my pool? Bumps from rocks and a tractor tire mark across the bottom. I was told by the installer it is the ground settling. That didnt seem right (I also have a 3-4 inch deep 3-4 feet long divot/trench on the far side where the wall meets the bottom). I cannot use my Aiper AGP auto cleaner, it gets stuck on the terrain."

"My pool had been green for three weeks. I had someone come out and they cleaned it as well as they could and put chemicals in it. I waited for them to return with a part that I needed. They continued to put me off. Finally they messaged me and told me what part I needed and it would have to be ordered. I called Clearwater and asked if they had the part. Not only did they have the part they told me how to install it. It took me all of 45 minutes to go get the part and install it! They made my day! And saved me money! I would highly recommend Clearwater Pools!"

"Clearwater Pools will sell you a pool and while you’re there buying all the way to picking it up for installation they make you feel like they “love you”. They’ll tell you that all the contractors are running way ahead of schedule and you’ll be swimming earlier than the date they tell you. THEN after you pick it up or get it delivered (which they try to get you to get it as soon after purchase as possible) because after it leaves the store they WILL NOT accept it back. Then you wait and early installation doesn’t come and the salesperson (in this case Bob Hicks) will NOT answer or return calls. My pool was installed 15 days PAST the date written on my receipt by Bob Hicks. All I can say about my experience with Clearwater pools and Bob Hicks is DO NOT BUY from them!!!!!! The installers were friendly and were very good. No complaints with Chris and his crew. Actually had a good time with them during the install."
