"Went here for a tune up and a check engine light felt unwelcome right off the bat as if I was an inconvenience. Pushed aside as if I was an annoying teenager. (Bc I look younger) I was the owner of a 30,000 street glide tho but I definitely didn’t feel like it. The lead Machanic yelled at me from across their shop bc he couldn’t hear me. He yelled literally “ What!?! Speak up I can’t hear you!. I’m from Orlando and this was the first and last time I ever went here. Don’t give them the money or time of day. go to Monroe or meridian Trust me. Jackson isn’t Harley Davidson"

"Literally the worst dealership I’ve been in. this place is a horrible representation of the Bar & Shield! From the run down campers out back to the nasty recliner by the front door! Not a tshirt was folded just thrown on the shelves like a bargain basement. Not one staff member greeted us from any department. Boxes lined the walls like a hoarders living quarters. I asked for a certain poker chip and the lady working the counter wouldn’t even look at me and wouldn’t give me the one I was asking for just pulled out the one she wanted from behind the counter as if I was disrupting her!! How HD Corporate allows this I’m shocked. Drive an hour to another dealership."

"I ordered and got first my Harley Friday before Easter weekend and I love the bike. I looked at another newer and nicer HD dealership and they wanted alot more for the same bike. So I went to Jackson HD. It's alittle old school and not alot of flash, bells and whistles but all in all just a good down to earth dealership that do things their way. And people shouldn't judge a business just because they're not in a flashy building."

"Place is a twin cam parts and accessories gold mine. Even have older evo and shovelhead accessories. It is very disorganized, so plan accordingly time wise. Be ready to dig. Tons of older accessories if you got 98-08 bike. Had quite a few parts ive been hunting. Also tons of jackets and collectibles. Just got to dig for it"

"Went to the Trail of Honor, it was really good. It is Awesome that the dealership closes down once a year for this. The traveling Vietnam Memorial Wall was definitely a must see! I would give them my business but they are 3hrs away."
