"Clinton is the worst gamestop there is! Walk in no hello or nothing! Cool, waited literally 40 minutes and when i was seen he didn’t have any knowledge of how to do anything. They have the most unknowledgeable people working in that location. I will be calling corporate in the morning! Just disgusting."

"I pulled up at 5:56 pm 7/8/23, I was on the phone moving slow to get out the truck, then all of a sudden a guy in the store started pulling the gates down! Store hours said 9pm! I came from pearl for nothing!"

"Just leaving this place and I am NOT HAPPY. We walked up to a still locked door after 11am. The guy inside working saw us, unlocked the door and walked away without a word and a scowl on his face. We wanted to warranty out our controllers that have bad stick drift that we purchased at another GameStop. We brought the controllers along with the boxes and warranty stickers. He plainly told us he couldn’t do the warranty without the receipt even though he could look up our purchase history on his computer through our Pro Membership. When I asked for clarification he just repeated himself and clarified nothing multiple times. So we walked out, called the original store we purchased from, and they’ve said they could take care of us since the warranty info and dates are on the stickers. It’s not that difficult to be polite and answer questions fully. Scowling and being short isn’t helpful or enjoyable."

"Went in to buy a game last night dude never put down his food while he checked me out .. next day I called this place a total of 8 times the last 2 times I stood in the store and called them nobody still answered it was only me and another guy in the store and neither one of us was at the counter they just refused to answer the phone I guess .. terrible"
