"The general staff is very personable and helpful. However, my experience with one of the physicians was disappointing. She was cold and made insinuations regarding the care of my small toddler. I do not appreciate that some Caucasian physicians can’t remove the affects of their poor rearing when providing patient care. This physician actually provided more insulting insinuations than care. And to end the visit stating that my baby “would leave with ANYONE for a sticker” was as disgusting a comment ever. Your job is to provide medical care for children. Your job is NOT to provide insulting commentary that incorrectly implies that a parent would cause or allow undue harm to their child. If I could, I would give the staff five stars, but the physician ZERO."
