"So I bring my kids here to get a game and there’s a sign on the door saying, “Sorry, Be back soon. 4:30pm - 5:30pm. However, its 5:50 and theirs a young lady sitting behind the counter watching people walk up to the door and leave…even through the sign says they will be back at 5:30. We’d been waiting patiently for 25 minutes. Others are in their car waiting and have been waiting longer than us. Extremely unprofessional."

Never had issues with games not playing. They always have plenty of selection. Pretty ordered a game and had no issues with that. They have lots of goodies that make cool gifts for gamers or just big kids. Free stuff when points build up and that is often for us."
