"I have not had a bad experience at all with this store. If you ask an employee for help and they aren't familiar with the product, they will find someone for you that does. The store is clean and organized. The staff is very helpful, friendly and great!"

"Pros- Good selection of products. Prices are to be expected in today's economy but I did find an unfinished exterior door I have been looking for at a great price. Cons- Service! This is without a doubt the worst customer service store I have been too. Trying to buy a door and every single cart to load it with is being used for online orders. Then I ask chstomer service for help, their solution? Keep looking. Didn't offer to help in the least. You would think with two people standing there one person could walk around and try to assist the customers, but I digress. With this being said Stanley was at the self check out area. He did offer suggestions but wasn't able to leave his area, understandable. He was extremely pleasant and courteous and very apologetic for any inconvience we had. If anyone should be in customer service it's him. The others need to find something else to do."
