"For 1, u need to take down the pics u have listed online, bcuz the apartments look NOTHING like that, very far from it! There may be 1 or 2 of them like that or there photo shopped, bcuz seeing them 1st hand, far from it! Handles falling off when opening drawers, all old door handles, windows r metal framing, holes in walls and horrible patch job on $20 doors that can easily b replaced!! Only thing it has going for them, is new carpet, stove and refrigerator, that's it! Oh air does work good in the apartment we looked at! Place is in desperate need of some repairs and other upgrades!"

"I lived at these apartments for 3 years, and the original management was fantastic. The new owners/management are the reason for this review score. Reasons being first: they increased the rent roughly 30% for existing residents without any substantial improvement, and including fees it's closer to 100% for new residents. The new rent is now more than many homes in Vicksburg, and the buildings are old and need substantial renovation. The ability to communicate with the management is now terrible, often out of the office, cannot reach by phone, and they removed the office dropbox. Maintenance response time greatly decreased, I was without A/C for 7 days/8 nights in the middle of summer. Overall, there are many better options than living here now, and many cheaper including buying a house."

"I wish I could give it less. Since the new owners have taken over, this place has turned literally AWFUL. It’s bad when you see everyone moving that’s been here for YEARS. DO NOTTTTT RECOMMEND!!"
