"I almost had an apartment, however i decided not to forward the process of getting due to personal reasons. I was told that i was not able to get back my security deposit because they didn’t issue out refunds. My situation was unfortunate and the lady said that she will give my refund back. I didn’t even sign a lease. They kept giving me the run around about my refund. I stop Calling and i never heard from them again. Their apartments look terrible and need 21 century remodeling. They are nothing but money hungry and liars."

"Still no change, hole in the roof from a downed branch in late September. Mold starting to form from leaks. Water coming through walls when it rains. Non stop roach battle no matter how much you clean. Woman a few doors down leaves and left her unit in terrible shape and my unit gets infested. Have you ever heard of an exterminator? No? Neither have they. I know they'll just pass the buck and blame the property manager. They switch up every 5 or 6 months anyway. They want that rent money on time though. My patience have run thin and out. I'm tired of this place and will not ever recommend to anyone. They also went up on rent because of the sports park across the street and yet JJ Evans lived in a better apartment. 0.5 stars . The only reason they get a .5; I keep dry from the rain in some spots on the inside. This is ridiculous."

"Nothing gets repaired. People here really don't care about what time they can start playing loud music. You can forget about someone spraying for bugs. I really hate living here and can't wait until my lease is up Update: They can't keep a management team Garbage on the ground, leaky apartments, mold, terrible drainage problems, and the simple fact that you aren't guaranteed to get things fixed in a timely manner; If I could give a half star rating, that may still be too high. Now living a month to month lease because I can't see myself signing a long term contract under these conditions."
