"manager, ms. janie, had our power cut off illegally months back. entergy had no clue she had someone turn it off. i’ve been pregnant since we moved in and she knows that. $300 worth of groceries ruined, & a pregnant woman in a hot apartment for a week. she’s gone into people’s apartments when they aren’t home. & has attempted to with another resident, that i’m friends with. only called that resident because she couldn’t get in the apartment herself without said resident’s assistance, and that’s the only reason she called to let them know she was going in. from other reviews, she’s nice until someone does something SHE doesn’t like. it doesn’t even have to do with rules or anything that’s on the lease. if she doesn’t like it, she’s not nice anymore. & i’ve seen that myself as well. she’s caused an issue with the stray cats that stay around the complex, because we leave food outside for them & one comes up to our apartment occasionally, but does NOT live with us, nor do any of them even have names. but she has a “legal” “medical” dog & that’s okay. she is not the owner, nor is she as high up as she acts."

"Lived there (in newer building) 6 yrs until June 2022. Affordable Rent; Very quiet community; decent spacious apartments…however upon moving, the manager denied my deposit because of a “dirt stain.” I cleaned my apartment from top to bottom so the next person could move right in but I FORGOT to take PICTURES specifically of the floors. The apartment manager, Ms. Janie, was always nice towards me but quickly switched up and did not adhere to the lease upon my departure. Lesson Learned! Again, nice place and community minus management."
