"Prosper Senatobia has been anything but professional. I have tried multiple times to set up a tour, but apparently, it's just not happening. Even when I do get someone on the phone (which is rare) during their BUSINESS HOURS to set up an appointment, they never follow through. I always show up on time and the main building is locked with the lights off. If I could just get a tour then I would LOVE to finish filling out my online application. I will even update this review. But it appears that tour will never happen. Unbelievably unprofessional. EDIT: I am leaving the above review because it was true at the time of writing, however, I am editing my rating and review because I have since toured the apartment and was treated with nothing but respect. The problems I had before were simply because they were very short-staffed."

"Ive been here 2 years now and it’s a great, quiet community. The atmosphere is peaceful and safe, so far I’ve had great neighbors and I try to be one as well. The view from my patio is Mesmerizing.The pool and the entertainment areas are always maintained properly. The property manager is professional and timely with all tenants and guess, she’s a person that is concerned and willing to help at all times. I think Prosper is a great place to live and Im expecting even better experiences with prosper in the future."

"Quiana was the absolute best the other day I needed assistance with a place to have a small meeting! Signing the contract was as easy as one two three!! I thought I had to jump through hoops to take care of an issue and she made it so easy!!! Absolutely made my day with her professionalism!!! General Manager duties are her top priority and making sure her residents are happy are at the top of the list!! Thank you for everything QuiQui!!!! You’re the best!!!"

"My experience here so far has been great. Ms.Tonya made my husband and I feel comfortable and answered all of our questions. She brought out true hospitality and I like that in a landlord. If you are looking into moving here she is the one to go to. The apartments are spaceous and they do accept pets which is a plus in my book. Most apartments I have lived in offer just carpet, but this apartment complex offers carpet and floors. All around 5 stars"
