"Had a very bad experience at this Hotel. Owner did reimburse my room charge as I never made it to my room. Never held the room key in my hand. Women traveling alone should not stay here. The only positive thing was Miss Pat, the Manager, who was not on site when I was there but spoke with me on the phone later.Frightening experience."

"Room was not very clean. Toilet was dirty. Hair in shower. Sheets had make-up on them. Door didn't seal all the way so was cold. Hair dryer looked so nasty I wouldn't touch it. If you have to stay here be prepared for a gross place."

"TRASH!! It is worth listening to the reviews..don’t even think about this place!! Blindly reserved two rooms for our family on a Tuesday as a halfway stopping point back home from Gulf Shores on a Thursday evening. Arrived at 6:30, pulled into the parking lot and immediately discovered why there were no exterior photos online. My husband checked in, which seemed to be an easy process as it should. As we pulled around the back of the motel to our room, I noticed even worse run down grounds and many vehicles in poor condition. We were already regretting the purchase, but carried on to our rooms on the second floor. We arrive to our rooms, which were side by side. The first one wasn’t clean, but not just not clean, it literally looks as if someone had just checked out. Bed was a wreck, beer bottles, caps and trash strewn throughout to room. The second room wouldn’t read our card and about after 5 or 6 attempts some dude opens the door. Yep, you guessed it, the room was double booked. I went to the front desk and as soon as I opened the door the lady says ‘oh no, is there a problem?’ To which I respond, ‘yes, big problems and I’d like a refund!!’ After she had a few exchanges with her manager, she showed us two other rooms. The first was also dirty. I wasn’t in the room long, but at first glance I could see greasy hand prints on the mirror and cobwebs around the ceiling full of dead bugs. The second room was also just as dirty, but the worst part was the black mold all over the ceiling that had been attempted to be covered with paint. I said ‘absolutely not, please just refund my purchase we are not staying here.’ I am giving one star because 1 you have to here and 2 to the front desk lady, she was kind and polite and did what she could to try to rectify the situation. I am counting my blessings that the situation turned out as it did, I would have worried the whole night about my family and our vehicle in the parking lot. My advice, ALWAYS read the reviews…ALWAYS!!"

"The rooms were not bad. We came in as a group from out of state. Everyone had read the reviews and checked for bugs immediately upon entering the rooms. They were clean enough to serve the purpose. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. The remote, phone, and clock didn't work. Water pressure was on 0... but it was fine."

"I was in room 210, room was clean, bed was amazing!! Pillows were good. The only complaint is there is a big gap under the door that makes it hard to keep room cool and bugs would come in after dark, I just put a towel in front of it and everything was fine. I would stay there again. No coffee in room either ☹️"
