"I stopped into the park's visitor center and was given the phone number to call and arrange for a guide. The person on the line took my name and phone number. I was told to wait at the center and a guide would show up soon. After an hour had passed, I called back and was told by the same person that they were all booked up. At the very least, she could have called me back and told me that. Very disappointed because we had had driven a considerable distance to include this tour in our trip."
