Duff Green Mansion

"This was a birthday trip to remember staying in this gorgeous antebellum home. We are a family of lovers everything 1800's. The manager is absolutely fantastic. I do wish we get to see the 3rd floor bedrooms next time. Otherwise, our entire trip was magnificent. The breakfast was fabulous taste and appearance wise."

"We stopped here just for the night but how we wish we had time to stay for several days. All we needed was a place to lay our head but we got so much more. In the evening we were too tired to see much but when we went up for breakfast the next morning we realized we truly were in a beautiful mansion. And breakfast? So delicious. After breakfast we were treated to a wonderful tour by Ms. Tanya who had us in laughter and tears as she shared the story of the house and the surrounding area. We will be back and next time will stay longer to see and more about the house and Vicksburg Better than any run of the mill hotel or motel could ever be!"

"Stopped for one night during a road trip and wish we could stay longer! Very charming! The owner is very friendly and welcoming! The breakfast service is lovely. I stayed in the camelia room and the bed was actually extremely comfortable. Really enjoyed this house and town. The neighborhood feels very peaceful and safe. I would definitely stay here again."

"We were traveling from Austin to Atlanta and needed a place for the night. Not being fans of chain roadside hotels, we came upon this BnB. It was a welcome relief to us tired travelers accompanied by a four legged companion. The hosts were incredibly kind. The property was way beyond our expectations. There was a pool, a tour, and a breakfast . The room was large and welcoming. We will definitely stay here next time we drive this way again."

"We stayed in the Hideaway and it was very comfortable and clean, and it had everything we needed including a nice kitchenette. The courtyard is gorgeous and the pool was very clean. It was so relaxing to sit out there in the evening. We can't say enough nice things about Latonya. She was incredibly welcoming and kind. She offered us beverages as soon as we arrived, and she came to the room with us to ensure everything was sufficient. Her communication was great and she gave us great recommendations on food in Vicksburg. She told the story of the house after breakfast the next morning and it was very interesting. You can tell she genuinely cared about making sure our stay was pleasant and that we felt at home. She even called us the evening after we checked out when she heard about a bad accident on the highway in the direction we were heading - just to make sure we were safe which was so incredibly sweet. The couple we had breakfast with in the morning said they had been to Vicksburg multiple times and Duff Green Mansion was there favorite place to stay. If we come back, we will make sure to stay here again too!"
