Sonic Drive-In

"Waited in the line for about 25 minutes when I got to the window, they told me to pull around and waited another 15 minutes they brought the wrong food out and then when I actually got my order, it was cold and my burger had pickles on it which I stated to the lady on the speaker multiple times that I didn’t want pickles and to top it off they gave me tater tots instead of fries when I asked for fries, and the tater tots were undercooked and soggy. I have worked in fast food for a very long time it’s not that hard with all the timers, and alarms on the cooking equipment nowadays to get the food, right i’m not asking for much lol. Another thing is, I understand if you smoke, but customers don’t wanna smell it through the drive-through window."

"Ordered $30 worth of food and they didn't give me any marinara for my cheese sticks nor honey mustard for my chicken. Been craving this all day! Who can eat a cheese stick plain? Ruined my night Sonic!!!!!!!!!!! :("

"I ordered on door dash for a pick up. When I got there it took 12 minutes just to be greeted after pressing the button. They didn't have burritos for my 2 breakfast burritos so I had to pick something else which took even longer. It took me 29 minutes to pick up my food that was supposedly ready. Then I get home, none of the sauces ordered was in the bag and one of my grilled cheese had the end piece of the loaf which made the sandwich not even grill. This was the most disgusting order I have ever got from sonic and will be picking another location from now on."

"After waiting for 20 minutes we received burnt chicken “tenders” and clumped up soggy tots. Of course no one answered the phone when we called and their mailbox is full. We ordered a cheeseburger and got charged 45cents for “extra pickles” and there was not extra on it. This is def not worth the $40 we spent."

"I ordered my food at the drive thru window, got a #3 Supersonic Bacon Cheeseburger combo with a frozen lemonade and mango flavoring added to it. I ordered the five piece chicken strip meal too. After I paid for my food and got the receipt I realized that the lady had rang up my combo as a medium, but I definitely wanted the large fry and the large mango lemonade!! So they gave me another medium lemonade and another medium fry at no charge! Even though I probably should have specified I wanted the combo large when I was ordering, they took the heat for it and even made fresh fries and chicken strips straight out of the fryer for my family and me! This sonic location runs a great crew and they are all about customer service and satisfaction! Thank y’all for a great drive through experience!"
