"Timothy showed up about a half an hour late for my hearing in a wrinkled suit with one of his small children with him which he was attempting to sedate wth an ipad while he tried to rush my case along, (showing zero empathy for the effect of his actions on my case). Before he arrived, he recommended i speak to the judge and opposing counsel in chambers (with no legal representation) as we all sat in court waiting for him for that half hour. Probably would have come out better as he just began pressuring me to accommodate ALL of opposing counsels' demands when he finally did arrive. My own lawyer railroaded me through one of the most important days of my life for which I had been saving up and waiting for years. "Met with Tim about a year or so ago, he was great! Explained my situation and was given a flat rate price quote. Called back today to proceed and make sure price still stands. Receptionist was EXTREMELY rude and kept cutting me off to the point I couldn't even answer her. Told her I was trying to explain myself if she would stop being rude. She proceeded to cut me off and tell me call after 3 or Monday. Would LOVE to work with Tim, but not if I have to deal with that."
