"Staff was great. Somehow I overpaid. No one notified me. They said I would receive a check but that was almost two months ago. They expect payment at time of service. I expect my refund faster than two months. My refund is half what I paid. Not a couple dollars."

"Absolutely Horrifying. As of today experts have been saying to wear a mask and socially distance for months. The WHO acknowledged yesterday what scientists have been saying for some time, that COVID is likely also transmitted via the air (ie Airborne Precautions, not just contact) in certain circumstances such as at the gym etc. Additionally nearly 5000 Nosocomial infections have been linked to healthcare facilities per the WSJ, July 6th, 2020. As a Nurse, understanding basic infection control, this facility, Encore on Dedeaux Rd, is far below even basic CDC Guidelines. Some staff both in the treatment area and reception without masks. Patients filling the lobby, a very small area, without masks and no distancing seating recommended nor enforced, provided. Additionally some patients were NOT wearing masks during treatment when they are exhaling with force. The Risk for lethal infection at this business is EXTREME. Avoid it at all costs until a vaccine is found! I walked away from even being evaluated, too dangerous when the management has failed staff and patients in such a manner."

"The people that work in this office are incredibly rude. Among the pandemic and the economy crashing they sent me a letter that I needed to pay my account in full or they were bringing me to small claims court and that I would be responsible for lawyer fees and court fees. My account has been open for 5 years and I have been making regular payments. They are money hungry and do not care who they hurt in the process. Evelyn told me that she refused to listen to me tell her that I couldn't afford to pay an entire medical bill right now (again among the economy crashing). This place is so low I hope that no one else is having to deal with these greedy people."

"I can't say enough good things about this place, very friendly yet professional staff from the minute you walk in the door and meet the ladies at the front office until you get in and your your physical therapy session with their very knowledgeable PTs and very experienced technicians. The physical therapist are very good , creative and resourceful. They are very generous with their time and talent but most importantly they are very pleasant people to work with, and for someone who is on pain and needs the help, their positivity and kindness means the world. My elderly mom was always excited for her session with them, specially Chip . My mom got in their facility on wheelchair due to her very week leg muscles, and left walking with a walker.... yes, they are that good !! Thanks again for everyone there, what you have given us is priceless..."

"I had an extremely positive experience when I went to Physical Therapy at Encore. I received more 1 on 1 time with medical professionals than I ever thought possible. The people who work there: Chip, Scott, Amanda, etc. are all fantastic. Even the folks at the front desk were attentive and helpful. They all knew me by name on my second visit. I went twice a week for several months. My shoulder is back to good, thanks in large part to the people who work at this branch of Encore. The next time I smash myself up while 4-wheelin, I'll be back here for sure."
