"In 2018 I had several thousands of dollars (cash pay) worth of work done with Dr. Hilton. I have continued to have problems with my work, I have multiple over hangs (from filling material being placed incorrectly) causing further decay. At one point during a revisit, when my bite was off (and I was numbed for the opposite side) I asked Dr. Hilton to correct the bite. He proceeded to drill on the non medicated side until I literally took his hand out of my mouth. I have decided to write this review, this many years later, bc it is maddening to go to annual visits and be critiqued on work you had done that should be lasting. Dental work causes trauma to the teeth, even when you are trying to fix them. Very poor job coming from this office. No stars if I could ⭐️"

"Very unprofessional. I guess they have new people and everyone doesn’t know the cost of everything. I was told over the phone that the consultation for my husband was free and all we had to pay for was the X-ray which was 60$. We walk in the building and they then said 90$. 90$ wasn’t a problem but if you’re prepared for a certain price that’s what you’re expecting to pay. Then they got an attitude when I said I wasn’t told 90$. Kept saying smart comments and just being plain out rude. Of course my husband didn’t want to make a scene so he ended up paying it. But that’s besides the point. They would’ve got the 60$ or got nothing at all if it was me. So yea, fyi make sure you confirm the price and have proof of what you’re told because they’ll change the price once you actually get in the building."

"I had an extraction earlier today and Doctor Hilton was very rude. I was nervous and he cursed at me. He didn’t wait for me to be completely numb, starting pulling the tooth and I screamed out that I could feel everything. He didn’t say a word and continued to extract the tooth. I cried and screamed and once he pulled the tooth out, he left the room without a word. This experience has left me more fearful than I already was of Dentist; shame on him and I pray this doesn’t happen to another person that goes into his office."

"I've been going to Hilton Dental clinic for about 35 years now. Everyone is so friendly and professional. Dr. Hilton does a great job, makes you feel comfortable and never does more than needs to be done at the time. Tells you like it is! Love 'em!!"
