"If you ever see her name for a c&p exam, dont do it. She didnt even know what I was there for or review my file. 20 minutes late. Scamming the va. Just trash! Video doesn't work. I can go on ....."
"This place is HORRIBLE! How is this place open and an actual testing facility for Dept of Disability? It is dirty, smells funny, and there is NO receptionist. Someone was cooking in the microwave, but wouldn't answer the phone or when we knocked. The lady came out FINALLY and was rude."
"I felt sorry for the person who had an appt with this office. When we arrived, my friend went to the reception window. No one was there. The lights were off. They knocked on both the glass and the door, but no one answered. There were two people in the very cramped waiting room. There was also a funny odor. One nice man said he had been waiting for an hour with his friend for paperwork. An hour? We knocked several more times over the next 30-45 minutes. We saw someone go into the reception office, look around the window then leave. I think it was a man. Then a woman, still in the dark, opened the window, called a name, and pushed paperwork through. The other two people got up, took the paperwork, and left. My friend was called back about 15 minutes later. I was left to deal with a cramped waiting room that began to fill up. The chairs are too close together on the sides and in front. There were so many sketchy people there, and they were very close. One group entered and were hostile. I felt extremely uncomfortable. They became more hostile when I rubbed perfume under my nose. I had to do it because the horrible BO from all of them and all of them were extremely close! When my friend returned, they began to cough and asked about the smell. I stood up quickly, told them it was BO and if they were finished, we had to go NOW because the office odor and unwashed people were too much. I don't know how this office is in business or why they are the official test facility for anything! If you have to go, be prepared."
"My husband and I showed up for his appointment 15 min before 9am as directed. No one was in waiting area and all lights behind check in desk were off. We took a seat as the sign directed us to at the receptionist desk. We waited till 9:10am before I tried calling the office to get someone's attention. No one picked up the phone so I tried tapping on the glass. A few minutes later the dr. appears and tells me it will be a moment and to have a seat. 5 min later she tells us to come back. We step into her office and it is a horrible mess with files, papers, boxes and dusty plants everywhere. My husband suffers from PTSD and the conditions of her office and her hateful attitude was unacceptable! We were with her for 10min until we had enough of her hatefulness. When my husband told her he couldn't do anymore testing because his anxiety was up, she told him it was best for him to leave and she had other clients. When we left there was no one on waiting area. I do not see how this lady is in business and after reading the other review I see that I'm not the only one that has had this experience."
"My son had an appointment with this dr. We get there 15min before our appointment to fill out paperwork since he was a new patient. We walk in the sketchy waiting room and there’s already one person in there. Walk to the window to sign him in, and notice the lights are off in the back. My first thought is that either the receptionist hasn’t gotten back from lunch yet, or they just didn’t have one and the dr was in with someone. Wait for 15 min...and the man in there mentions that he had been there for 45 min and he hadn’t seen a receptionist or anybody else. Another 15 min, another person comes in the waiting room. I started making phone calls. After an hour sitting in the waiting room with my kids and 2 other adults, I finally get ahold of someone and they tell me that the appointments were cancelled. So the whole office was empty, but the waiting room door was unlocked. Wasted an entire day off for this mess."
