"Went for my appt. To my understanding it was at 1.40 because when I called to schedule, I told her I get off at 2 and can'tmiss to much work. Anyway go in and start to fill out my paperwork and lady opens glass says can I help you? I said I'm here for my 1.40 appt. She says no your appt was at 1. Would you like to reschedule? Only one person in waiting room and asked me if I want to reschedule, not even try to fit me in."

"After being a patient of another local orthopedic group after a bad experience three weeks ago I decided this is it and walked out. Plan was to not look back so I informed my GP I wanted a referral to an orthopedic doctor within the Singing River Network group. Well he did just that.
