"This place made a difficult time so much more difficult. Horrible experience. No help was received and insult was added to injury. This place caused me so much frustration, wasted my time when I needed assistance, and charged me for it. It is an overpriced clown show. I was not treated with respect or dignity. Condescending receptionist, cold counselor, the only kind person, the nurse Practitioner, was inexperienced and asked MY advice on what to do. Have not been able to connect with any person in charge to voice my experience, as the receptionist acts also as a bouncer type and wants to know why you want to speak with whomever you call for. Please go somewhere with accountability if you are needing help."

"Been going here for a few months now. The staff is very friendly, but Right Track has done a disservice to me. I missed my appointment one day due to personal reasons, which I knew would result in a missed appointment fee. What I didnt know, is instead of charging me a $30 missed appointment fee, which is how much an appointment costs, they charged me $125, which nearly drained my bank account. It makes me wonder if they really care about their patients, or just want the money. What's the other $95 for? I won't be going back if that's the kind of games they like to play. I'll just deal with my problems myself. At least I'll get to keep my money."
