"Waited an hour and twenty minutes for what amounted to a 30 second meeting with the doctor to go over lab work and get two refills on prescriptions. Doctor could not even recall what the lab values were and had no print out or computer with him to check. Then forgot one of the refill prescriptions and nurse proceeded to give me two follow up appointments that were already made without asking me if I was even available those dates and times and if I even wanted to travel to that particular location of theirs. Have had similar experiences like this multiple times with this company and doctors. And I am not even sick or have any questions for the doctor ( I gave up on asking questions multiple visits ago as they heard you thru like cattle. Instead I get more info from google). Quick lube oil change places operate smoother than this company. Medical practices should operate to higher standards than this. Unfortunately there are no consequences when this company has a monopoly on care."
