The MRI Center- East Lake

"I am nervous of the cervical MRIs and the staff was very comforting. The very most useful comfort I found was that the tech (whose name I’m sorry that I can’t remember) kept me updated and aware of what he was doing. It helped me to know that the films were good so no repeats, lol. And that I only had a few more segments of time left. It really was the easiest one I’ve had."

"I have told people all my life, good customer service will keep me coming back every time. I don’t care if the food was horrible in a restaurant and the service was impeccable, I’ll go back to try something else on the menu because of the hospitality! I must say MS is a different state, especially on the Gulf Coast, we’re just awesome people!!! Even though I don’t wish I have to go back to get another MRI, I have to brag on the hospitality I received from the moment I walked in the door with the receptionist, to the young man who came to get me in the lobby and his partner/sidekick made me as comfortable as I could be, which was phenomenal. If I do have to get another MRI, this is where I would choose to come! Thank you Staff!!! P.S. I’m horrible with names but the front desk rep had reddish blonde hair. (I just loved her!). She explained the costs and because I had not met my deductible, she was able to put me on a reasonable payment plan. Thank you! The gentleman with the beard came to get me to take me to the back, he was nice and caring, asked was my music at a good volume (because the noise is loud for the MRI), but I was so comfortable, I took a little nap. The blonde helped to make sure I was comfortable before going in and helped me down off the table when it was complete. I had a great experience! Thank you!!"

"Staff at the MRI Center were very nice. When I was feeling scared, they kept me comfortable by showing compassion. And while in between the imagining process, staff would ask if I was okay. She asked right when I started feeling panicky and it calmed me down every time. Thank you for making it a pleasant visit and experience."

"Very good experience! I don't do well in MRI machines due to my claustrophobia. The young lady doing my test helped me get through it and made me feel relaxed. I would highly recommend this place and would definitely go back there again myself. I cant thank the young lady who did my test enough. Thank you!"
