"If I could rate 0 ☆ I would for the Vancleave location!! Ms. Williams is a complete joke! The woman does not care for her patients at all. The way she has treated my poor disabled Mom should not be allowed & this is not the 1st incident either!! She should not be in this line of work!"

"Showed up on time for my appointment. Waited for 10 minutes, then surprise- I got a phone call from the doctor herself. She was calling to ensure I knew I couldn’t have the telehealth appointment for my Med refill. I made her aware that I was sitting in her waiting room for her, as I had already rescheduled it. After 25 minutes total of waiting in her empty waiting room, (the one lady there was done, and was waiting for her ride) I asked how much longer she would be, as I hadn’t clocked out from work and needed to get back. I was told another 15 minutes- so bare minimum I would have had to wait for 40 minutes, to even be brought back to a waiting room. I don’t know exactly how much longer I would have waited, because at that point I walked out. Thank you so much for the reminder that my time is valueless to you. Front office staff is super nice though, or I’d have given one star."

"Worst lazy staff ever. Very unprofessional. Dose not respond to your question very well. They always wording on your paperwork wrong so your insurance won’t pay out. I called them to correct problem they give me run around all the time. It takes hours to find out what’s going on. After get multiple same problems fix. Still get bills months later in mail they charged for fees that was supposed to correct multiple times. When call or talk to the Vancleave staff. They never really care to help. They just push you to another department. And staff are rude!!"

"WHOEVER ANSWERS THE PHONE IS A JOKE! Completely unprofessional, had a HORRIBLE attitude, RUDE FOR DAYS! I work at a Family Practice and I know how they are supposed to handle calls. I also used to work in customer service. I know how you're supposed to talk to people. I even know how you're supposed to talk to a human being. The woman who answered my call was THE most disrespectful call I've had and I used to work at Walmart. -_- At the very least she needs to have some retraining from management. No wonder I stopped going there 10 years ago!"

"This is THE MOST unprofessional medical clinic that I have ever been to! My husband and I went in there for a follow up visit for back problems and basically we were told that they couldn't do anything for him! Thames had her hand on the door nearly the entire time that my husband was talking to her, letting her know about the problems that he was having. She said more than once that she wasn't prescribing him anything and that she didn't know what she was supposed to do for him. Mind you he NEVER ONCE asked for any kid of medications! She treated us like we were liars and drug addicts! We have an MRI showing that he has a bulging disc and for her to treat us the way she did, was extremely disheartening. I would recommend that you do yourself a favor and DO NOT go there. This is not the first bad experience we have had there. He also went for kidney stones and she told him that he probably has Hep C, which he didn't. Because of her misdiagnosis, or lack there of, he ended up in the ER the next day after passing a stone! I went in for a simple check up and I was told that I had an STD and needed to report to the health department immediately to avoid legal problems. The health department, after running tests, told me that they didn't know what the clinic was talking about, because I had no STDs whatsoever. I'm sorry but three strikes and you are out! By far, the worst clinic on the coast!"
