"Called and scheduled to get a bump cut off my head. Doc comes in and says it’s a cyst and we will have to reschedule for later. Get to the front desk to reschedule and I’m asked to pay my 45$ copay for an “office visit”. I didn’t come in to visit I came in to get the cyst cut off my head. Double dip the insurance for a 30 min job. Guess that’s job security for the dermatologist."
