"I had an appointment with Coastal Family Health Center on 2/29/24. I was assigned a new doctor, Dr. A. I was skeptical at first but I'm sooooo glad I was assigned to him. He is the most thoural doctor I've had since going to Coastal, which has been 6yrs! He is the ONLY Dr. that has EVER had lab work done and results back in two days! He took the time to call me on a Sunday to review my results! I've NEVER had ANY doctor at Coastal to take the time to do that for me. I can tell he really cares about his patients."

"Asian Receptionist extremely rude.argumentive.they are suposed to be there to HELP ppl in need.instead they are very disrespectfull taking advantage knowing you are in pain & need care."

"The receptionists are rude and unprofessional. They make fun of people that don't have money. Along with the security guard laughing with them. This is the most unprofessional medical establishment I have ever been to. Do better! This center was created to help those in need not make fun or belittle them!"

"This facility has really nice staff especially in the Dental and Optometry department! My appointment with Dr. Burns yesterday went phenomenal as she was so professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and made me feel comfortable and not rushed as other doctors have in the past. To add, Amanda, the front desk representative for the Optometry side that I spoke to, was very kind, professional, helpful, engaging, and displayed exemplary customer service and made me feel very welcome! She deserves a reward! Thank you Coastal for making my appointment experience worthy. I can't wait to go back!"

"They are very loud talking about patients to other staff and yes the patients can here. Mocking patients there scheduling is horrible there breaks are being taking to long. They have so much time on there hands to sit and talk and laugh about there lives outside of work but yet at work and nothing is getting done.. They have room to see patients but if it cuts into there social time at work then patients will wait. This is the true definition of poor health care system. They are here just to give patients a sense that someone is here for you. But they don’t have the Passion or compassion for this working in healthcare or with people. IT’s just a after party at work for them. Coastal upper people needs to get in here and see what kind of changes needs to be made. Because this is deplorable!!! To even call this a Health Care office! May God be with each patient that comes through those doors."
