"Avoid this place if you can. I initially saw Dr Gatlin who was, at best, apathetic and ineffective; and then recently met with Dr Moore, who I was hopeful about - at first. Unfortunately, she was substantially worse, and is, frankly, a danger to her patients. Evidently, years of living with fainting spells, dizziness upon standing, and varying levels in the severity of my tachycardia - which has repeatedly, by several docs and cardiologists, been recognized as Orthostatic Hypotension - are all null and void because her nurse took one single round of vitals. Not sure how that works, but hey. She’s the expert. Never mind that this - as I told her - is a condition that runs in my family - and has for generations. My favorite part was her burying a note in my chart that she thinks it’s all “psychosomatic”. Which was a fun theory that she utterly neglected to discuss with me at all, and could absolutely be detrimental to my future care. Add to that the fact when I mentioned that I was looking for prescription fulfillment and support with my ADHD medication, she **immediately** - and wholly unprovoked - stated, “Well I don’t like controlled substances.” Which is an admirable quality, I suppose, but seemed out of place since I am neither on controlled substances, nor was I seeking to be - and had, in fact, already made a point of stating that I CANNOT be on any because of my medical history. A detail she must have missed since she was so busy listening to herself. I also found it ironic since “controlled substances” like Adderall are typically the first line for those of us with ADHD; so I have to question whether or not she’s actually qualified at all to provide that care if she’s unable to move past her personal biases. Particularly since she seemed so determined to emphasize how tangential and inattentive I was - not that those are behavioral patterns that are in any way remotely associated with Inattentive ADHD; but again, what do I know? I’ve only been in my body and living with these symptoms for 32 years. Additionally, since she cancelled my follow-up appointment without notice, I have to assume that she is aware of the review I left her on MyChart; which speaks to a level of unprofessionalism and pettiness that is not only astounding for its existence, but wholly unsurprising in that she seems determined to commit to representing all of the worst facets of the American Medical Machine as quickly and succinctly as possible. If that *is* her goal, she’s doing splendidly. In short, if you absolutely must go to this clinic, do everything you can to avoid seeing Dr Rachel Moore unless you are seeking to be ignored, accused of pill seeking behavior, and condescended to. As it is, if I wanted to be degraded in that way, there are plenty of other more highly skilled and qualified professionals I’d prefer to give my money to."

"The office staff here are the best! From the ladies at reception to the ladies that schedule my next visit. Everyone is very pleasant and professional. I have been seeing Dr. Shelby for 3 years. He is so personable & attentive, in listening to my issues. He’s just the best! I never feel rushed & he will take the time to answer all my questions. Jennifer, Dr. Shelby’s nurse was very kind, patient & professional. I also see Julie, who helps with dietary needs & all around wellness. All the Doctors I’ve seen here are very respectful and professional. I feel as though I am so well cared for when visiting this office! Would highly recommend!"

"I have been going to this Family Clinic for most of my life off and on. Dr Gatlin is FANTASTIC! He is the ONLY health Care Professional I will see at this clinic as the ones I saw when I was younger have retired. Some of the Office Staff, Nurses, and NPs need to learn his decorum and office behavior. I have heard the way some of them speak about other patients with doors wide open and it wasn't nice. One NP needs to put their personal issues aside while Treating their patients and not take their issues out on their patients."
