"Brought my son for a sore throat and not feeling well. The woman at the front desk was cheerful and helpful and they got us back quickly. Andrew, the nurse practitioner was very kind. He brought my son water and medicine to bring his fever down. Andrew was gentle swabbing his nose and throat and genuinely cared that he didn't feel well. Andrew also let us know the tests take 15 min so we knew we would be waiting. I was very happy with our experience and am glad we came here instead of driving somewhere further away."
"The front desk is still rude. The person at the front desk has been rude for as long as I can remember. It doesn't matter who it is. They let you know you are bothering them just by existing. Zero people skills. The only reason I'd go here is if I had no other choice and I was in desperate need of care. Hard pass."

"Had to wait 4hours to see someone. Was tested for covid and flu. Flu positive. Upon leaving I witnessed 3ladies behind a desk gossiping. My grandma was slow but she was old !"
"Misdiagnosed me with COVID and told me to take over the counter medications when I in fact had the flu and need stronger meds. If you’re not equipped to properly treat patients don’t waste people’s time and prolong their illnesses. If you’re in Diamondhead just keep pulling around the corner and go to the Memorial physicians clinic, they take walk ins and will properly diagnose you and get you proper treatment."
