"Stay away from this "doctor". Paperwork and files all over the exam tables, you sit in a cheap office chair for your exam. His wife, the receptionist, spilled coffee all over a sample she had on the FRONT desk for a patient. My "exam" was mainly him talking about his life and values. On two occasions he screamed at the insurance company rep for trying to understand why he hasn't repaid the money he overcharged me for. When I questioned him about it he said he'd get me my money when I had time and then "maybe I could afford a hamburger""
