LCMC Health Urgent Care - Covington

"This was my 2nd trip to an urgent care, and by far the Best! I am a retired nurse and noticed a big difference. The staff was knowledgeable and the Doctor was excellent. I actually told my daughter if I had worked with a Doctor like that I never would have retired. He was very thorough and explained his treatment. I also noticed he was very complimentary and compassionate towards his staff. Truly a breath of fresh air! I have already recommended this clinic to others."

"I called at 7:45 pm about my injury. This Urgent care closes at 8 pm. The employee who answered the phone encouraged me to come in even though they were close to closing. When I got there all four of the ladies who work there were so sweet, kind, patient, and professional that the experience (despite needing 3 stitches) felt like I was just visiting friends. No one there rushed me or seemed at all inconvenienced by my late visit. The positive treatment I received there far exceeded any treatment I have received at any other like facility. Thank you."
