"******First off the doctors at this clinic are great, I'd refer anyone, thats the reason I'm giving only 3 stars.******** But the customer service and receptionist are lacking a whole lot. Checked in, inside clinic, around 1:50 pm was told it would be 3:00 pm before she could be seen due to dr taking lunch from 2:00 pm to 3:00 pm. Fine, I told her we would wait, gave her my phone# twice, then ask us to wait in car. At 3:30 we've not heard from anyone so I call clinic ph# spoke with Carmen, not had good experiences with her in the past. Ask her how long it would be before we were to be call and immediately she told me about an hour. At this point needless to say I'm not a happy camper. Being placed on hold several times. Was finally told, you have not completed your registration that was sent to your phone. I NEVER GOT ANYTHING SENT TO MY PHONE, WHAT WAS IT I DONE WHEN I FIRST WENT INTO THE CLINIC???????????"

"I had to go to the ER in McComb was hurting and couldn't walk. They found a blood clot from the top of my thigh to my knee and curved under it. Put me on another blood thinner. Was told to go see my Dr ASAP this was Thursday went Friday morning to see if I could be seen was told they would call me. They did on Tuesday told me to come Wednesday morning at 9. I was running late (because of my ride) by 20 minutes i called to let them know ,was told it would be Friday at 3:30 now. I showed up and was just told it was yesterday and I missed it. Now I can't be seen till next Friday. WHAT IS ASAP??? I'm black and blue bleeding from my belly button and arms. Where can someone find a REAL Dr now day's??"

"Fantastic clinic and staff. They are consistently on time with appointments, and I have never had to wait more than 20 minutes. Dr. Blaine Britt is professional and knowledgeable. It seems the only reviews that are poor are from patients that don't make appointments. I've always made an appointment, so my experience was great."
