"Please read the negative reviews!!!!! HURST is waste of money!!!! As stated below HURST is the most expensive but the least helpful. It does not resemble Nursing Board exam either. Their customer service is even horrible, and if I could give them zero stars I also would. PLEASE save time and money and do not invest in them. Also I contacted them very shortly (like within two weeks I believe) after my purchase and had also not even finished one video or done any questions, and they would not give me ANY of my money back. They even went as far to have some woman email me about it who “went to my college, so I was close to her heart,” but was not helpful either, but I’m sure she meant well. They also don’t advertise that their questions are not like the actual NCLEX because they don’t do partial scoring either, to “make you learn better.” I’m sorry but I think most would prefer something most like the test we’re taking. On top of it not being like the NCLEX the questions are terrible and the lectures are painful to listen to from the three minutes I actually got through. I was also so upset by my purchase I purchased the BARE MINIMUM that UWORLD offered (which even the best package was cheaper than hurst) and just that alone was 10x better than anything HURST provided to me. The tests were like the NCLEX, the questions were better, and the few lectures I got with my package helped me tremendously more. I’ve also heard Archer is amazing too for even less than UWORLD, with great questions, lectures, and tests available also. Please do yourself a favor and invest in Archer or UWORLD. It’s what I am telling all my friends who are graduating and who have graduated and it’s made them pass every. single. time!!!! Once again DO NOT invest in HURST. They are money-hungry and money stealers. They make no exceptions and don’t even believe in their own product enough to give you your money back, (which means you shouldn’t either!!!) even when their policy clearly states money-back guarantee. Once again, they are a catch, beware, every single person I know and I mean literally every single person who has bought them regrets it!!!"

After the response I received, I actually researched and read reviews; I was shocked to read many other negative reviews about their customer service. They also stated about HURST not complying with their money-back guarantee if students present unfortunate circumstances. If I would have known, I would have invested in Archer or Uworld. Please do yourself a favor and invest in Archer. Archer is number 1 and most closely resembles Nursing Board Exam, Uworld is number 2. Do not invest in HURST. They are money-hungry and money stealers. Even when you share unfortunate circumstances with them, they make no exceptions, even when their policy clearly states money-back guarantee. They are a catch, beware!"

Thank goodness that they helped me with the student book and had excellent guidance. I would like to point out that they sent me student books rapidly with UPS. "I was educated outside the USA, graduated from nursing school approximately 15 years ago, and took a break from nursing for the past 8 years. Therefore, I was worried that I would have to buy and study multiple med-surg books and try to memorize all conditions and information in the world. However, a friend recommended Hurst Review. At first, I was skeptical but their model does work. Follow their model, listen to lectures multiple times, and read rationales. Excellent customer service - they respond to email promptly. Hurst team is there to guide you along the way so contact (email) them if you don’t understand a concept. I purchased the online review plus elevate, did the q review questions and 4 simulator tests. The lectures are fun and appealing, not boring and monotonous like nursing school. Took NCLEX and passed - 75 questions. Did I feel confident during and after the test? NO!!!!
