"Dr. Cooksey has such a great bedside manner and really makes you feel heard. He took the time to listen and give me plenty of advice. I have a lot of anxiety around doctors but I felt very at ease thanks to him. He recommended we start with the least invasive and most cost effective treatment first, which my wallet and I really appreciate. I highly recommend him. All of the front staff are also very friendly and professional. This whole clinic is full of sweet people who are great at their jobs."

"I really like the clinic staff and am happy with the service provided. However, I was told the NP was in network with BCBS by all staff. It turned out he is only a provider for two locations, not all. From my understanding, they are also not a provider for the state plan. The office needs to have a clearer understanding of billing. This mistake is costing me several hundred dollars since none of the cost went toward my out of pocket max."

"Unheard and ignored. Other than just the lack of it being a specialist and you have only a nurse practitioner to care for your needs. My expectations were a lot higher. I told them about my ailments that I have been to other physicians for and instead of listening to past practices stated he thinks it's eczema. Which is kinda funny because they didn't even want to look in the location it was in. I had to ask them to look there. So he gives me this cream and I beg for a bacterial medicine in which he doesn't provide. They state if I can get the documents of my previous treatment they would assist in getting me taken care of. So what do I do? I call my previous doc and request medical records. Fax to the office x3 times. Never a return call to assist their patent. I work in health care and the lack of attention and disrespect is amazing. Go to a REAL specialist."

"The provider that I saw convinced me to receive a treatment that was going to be completely free and even after I asked if I would get a surprise bill in the mail, she continued to tell me it was 100% free. 1 month later I received a bill for $200 dollars for this treatment that was “free”. Needless to say, I will not be returning. I would not recommend going here."
