"Poorest healthcare I’ve ever received. I knew I had a severe sinus infection and went in for treatment. I had symptoms of thick green mucus, severe headaches and drainage. The NP shrugged it off while not even looking in my throat and ears to check. She wouldn’t give me antibiotics, told me it was probably allergies and practically shewed me out. I immediately went to Trustcare where the doctor looked in my throat and ears and immediately saw I had a severe infection. I ended up having to get an antibiotic shot and steroid which didn’t clear it up because it was so bad and had to take oral antibiotics for a week before getting better. That proves that what I had was severe and the Maxem staff could care less. Just taking money from people and telling them to take OTC drugs when they are clearly sick. Poor poor health are. Avoid at all costs."

"I went to this Urgent Care Clinic last night just before 5:30pm. I tested positive for Strep, and was given paper prescriptions since it was not until 7:30pm that I was seen by the NP, and most pharmacies are closing early. After leaving I realized all the prescriptions, work excuse, and lab results documents all had the incorrect date of birth. The next morning I called and drove up to the clinic at 9am to get this mistake corrected. I was told they would call in my prescriptions instead. At 10:45am Walgreens had not received the prescriptions. I called the clinic multiple times, and when someone finally answered at 11:19am, they said they were sending them now. I went back to Walgreens at 12:45pm, and they still had not been sent. Called the clinic again, and they said they had been really busy. I told them that this should be prioritized as it was a mistake they made the previous day. They put me on hold, and now say they have finally been sent. We shall see. If you are really sick or injured, trust me in that there is no urgency of the staff at this urgent care clinic."

"I was in Flowood for a conference and woke up sick on the first day. I couldn’t breathe out of my nose. Tons of sinus pain. Headache. Sore throat. The nurse practitioner prescribed me Zyrtec D…. Wow. Guess who is still sick. Paid a $25 co pay for absolutely no reason and will likely have to pay another. Go literally anywhere else but here."
