"In-person service is pretty good, they have you in and out relatively fast, but God forbid you try calling them on the phone to get help. Their over the phone service is abysmal, especially for out of state patients. Couldn't get the doctor's note I needed to be excused for school-related issues for months and by the time I got it, the semester was pretty much over. The people on the phone were rude, impatient, and invasive to me on multiple occasions when I had been nothing but cordial. They would transfer me to different lines which would then not be received and the call would end abruptly. When I try to call back, rightfully confused, they get annoyed. They had unnecessary attitudes when I tried to explain why I needed a simple doctor's note. They talk about you and question your situation before hanging up the call-- yes, I could hear them talking about me right before they even ended the call. I always try to be kind because I know they are essential workers and probably have to put up with some really annoying and stressful things, however, the amount of times that I was dismissed for seemingly no reason was unacceptable. I'm not expecting to be pampered as I recognize that these people have jobs to do, but a little bit of patience could go a long way."

"My doctor's are very knowledgeable and always stay on point with my health issues and concerns and listens very well. Facility is always very clean and never overcrowded. The my chart is a great and simple resource."

"I would not recommend anyone to be seen here!! You will sit in waiting room for an hour even if you have an appointment! I was prescribed medication that did not work well with me. I sent email and called 5x left message for my PCP Dr. Rice. The nurse sent a new medication up and waited for my PCP to sign and send through, it has been 4 days and I still have not received a phone call or medication to my pharmacy!! I will be changing my PCP! I do not recommend any doctor where you have to run down and then pay!! Dr. Amanda Rice is not a good PCP! If you care about your patients it will definitely show!!"

"I love Dr. Massihi she is a doctor. She listens to me and gets me everything I need. She is always there when I need her. She makes sure I understand what's going on in my chart not just her services but other doctors that didn't explain it to me she will take her time out and make sure she see what is going on. My daughter loves her also. She makes you feel like family"

"Never any follow up from doctors no many how many messages are left. Was scheduled to see Dr. Wicks, weeks out of the way, when I get there she calls to the front desk and says she doesn't have to see me and just to have labs drawn. Something I could've come in two weeks prior to do but was told I had to see her. I let the nurse know of a recent, significant medical change that I needed to discuss with Dr. Wicks and was simply told that she'd have the doctor call me, that she was in with another patient. Definitely changing medical care to someplace else. Awful, just awful care."
