"The ONLY reason they get 2 stars is because they have a fantastic massage chair and the nurse is down to earth and nice. Today is Friday and it’s 2pm. I went in on Tuesday for medication consult, as a brand new patient. My doctor of over 30 years retired. :( Jody has all of my records. It was agreed that we would go up in MG on 2; refill one and a new rx for toradol. Never was I told to take a urinalysis. I would have been happy to to do that. Again, this was Tuesday am. Every single day I have had to call to ask why my rx weren’t sent in. On Wednesday, 1 was sent in and one I needed to come back, take a urinalysis and pay another copay. The other two that I’ve been fighting for are FOR MY MENTAL STABILITY. We were going up on those. Again, it is now Friday at 2 - the pharmacist just called to tell me that he FINALLY got the rx’s. Guess what? Wrong mgs. When I’ve called I’ve been told different things. The last call, this morning, I was told they can’t look at my file. I was then hung up on BY THE OFFICE MANAGER. I’ve been so patient, but it should never be this difficult."
