"Update: The doctor at this clinic did reach out to me and told me to contact her personally.. She let me speak with her nurse who was able to make my baby an appointment right away for Friday (2 days away) . We got there and was taken to the back pretty fast and seen by Dr Coakley (who was great with my baby) and gave him his vaccines. We will be returning. The environment was very friendly, wasn’t too packed with people . I would highly recommend Dr. Philiis Coakley at JPA. I have literally been trying to make an appointment with them for 3 months now.! The lady that’s answering the phone is STOPPING ALL of the business this clinic could be getting (it has been the same lady answering every time I call! ) She is RUDE! Act like she does not want to do her job! I had the previous doctor to send medical records twice and when I call to set an appointment at JPA to set a 6 month shot appointment she won’t even go pass “you need to tell the doctor to send his medical records”… I have never had to request records… it’s usually the clinic that does that. I will NEVER go there I can already see before I even let my child become a patient there that this clinic is not worth it.!! Get a NEW RECEPTIONIST!! This is on 1/10/2023 at 9:30am!"

"The only reason I gave 3 stars is for Doctor Hudson. I loved her; however, I decided to change my daughter’s pediatrician due to the unprofessionalism of the desk staff. They made rude remarks towards me about my clothing at 2 separate appointments. Those staff members rudely advised me that I should not be wearing a crop top because I’d recently given birth and told me I was just being fast and would end up pregnant again. One lady stated that she knew that I am hurt but “this isn’t the way to do it”. I have no idea what she meant, as I was in no way hurt. They were very inappropriate as the appointments were for my daughter and not myself. My personal doctor had voiced no concern over my attire postpartum and it in no way affects my health nor the health of my child."

"We moved to Jackson from Indiana and I was concerned with finding a good Dr for my 15 month old. Dr Hudson had great reviews on google and upon meeting her for the first appt, I completely understood why. She and her nurse Ms. Gwen are so warm, welcoming, kind, knowledgeable, caring and cheerful. Highly recommend her."

"The doctors and nurse practitioners are friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. The wait time is short and the office is clean and welcoming. Over the years of my bringing my children here, I have developed a client -staff based relationship with the employees because I want to know the level of compassion of the people who are giving medical care to my children. CFNP Coakley saved my daughter's life and I am grateful that she took the initiative to follow up on my infant's status. My children have seen Dr. Hudson, CFNP Jordan as well and I am very pleased with the level of care that they have given. When my and my children's former pediatrician Dr. Carbo-Bryant retired from Jackson Pediatric, I didn't think that I would get another superb doctor, but Dr.Hudson does a fabulous job keeping my children healthy. The staff are great and I would recommend this facility to anyone who wants good healthcare for their child."
