"Until recently, my brother has been a patient of that facility for about 3 years. A few months back he went for his afternoon appointment and the door was locked 15 minutes prior to his appointment. Because he does not have a car, he had paid someone to bring him. So he sat outside for a hour until his ride showed up. The door was still not unlocked. So, he had to make another appointment and pay for a ride again a week or so later. Last week, the same thing happened again. He had a 2:15 appointment. He was dropped off 25 minutes early. He went in, signed in, and sat down. Someone came into the waiting room, told him that he would have to leave because they were leaving for lunch and the office would be closed for approximately a hour and a half. I went to get him so he would not have to pay again for a ride home. I checked to see that it was 5 minutes til his appointment and the door was locked. I contacted the Lexington office who assured me the office would be open before time for his appointment. We waited until 10 minutes after time for his appointment and the door was still locked. They made no effort to contact him to change his appointment. They did not call to reschedule the appointment that he showed up for. They are not concerned that he was out of his very important medication and as far as they know still is. This is by far the most inconsiderate, unconserned facility I have ever known of. I would never go there. My brother will never go back there. I would not take a snake there much less someone I care about! Pathetic!!"
