"Dr. Brown: I went there in Nov. with loose teeth need pulling and partial made after making visits every month making $700 payments each time being told work would begin next visit still no work had begun finally in June after 7 months had pass still nothing done I pulled the teeth myself yes I actually had to myself next visit after stating this would be my last visit they made the casting partial and fitted all that day and had to throw them away wasn't going through all that again. Out $3,500 ask for receipts every time computer alway down and lost original estimate. Clearly front desk and doctor same mindset. The more I think about this ordeal and the torment of not being able to speak up for myself the more I want to get a lawyer and be reimbursed for my loss time from work and the agony of having been through all this and nothing to show for it. But he got paid anyways and I have to start over somewhere else really bothered by doctor lack of concern. I wish there were some way they would gaurenteed there work so I could get my money back. A lot of money to have absolutely nothing to show for it."
